School & University Outreach Specialist - Bilingual (German/English)

Location: Remote (Work from Home) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Hours: Central European Time (CET), 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a School & University Outreach Specialist to support our Talent Development & Partnership Specialist Team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with educational institutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with a focus on scheduling and coordinating virtual and in-person informational events. Your outreach efforts will help introduce students and young professionals to international career development opportunities in the United States and Australia.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills who enjoys engaging with schools and universities in a professional, yet dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to promote international career opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and video conferencing to schedule informational events and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for school administrators, career counselors, and academic representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, scheduled events, and follow-ups in our CRM or database system.
  • Assist in developing and distributing outreach materials, such as presentations, emails, and informational documents.
  • Work closely with the Talent Development & Partnership Specialist Team to support outreach goals and initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and communication management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with academic professionals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
  • Confident and professional phone manner, with experience in customer service, outreach, or relationship management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work during Central European Time (CET) business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET).
  • Access to high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace for remote work.

About the Role

The US Talent Development Associate will play a key role in two primary areas:

  1. Candidate Outreach & Recruitment Support – Serving as the first point of contact for prospective program candidates.
  2. Academic Partnership Outreach – Connecting with universities and educational institutions to introduce students to our programs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in communication-driven, mission-focused work and enjoys engaging with people. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in conducting outreach via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Outreach & Recruitment Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website chat.
  • Conduct initial consultation calls to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Provide information about program requirements and expectations.
  • Schedule candidates for Admissions Interviews with the Talent Development Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our CRM system.

Academic Partnership Outreach

  • Conduct outreach to universities, colleges, and educational institutions across the U.S.
  • Schedule meetings between school representatives and the Academic Partnership Specialist.
  • Assist in organizing informational events and presentations for students.
  • Develop and distribute outreach materials, such as emails, presentations, and informational documents.
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain up-to-date contact records in our system.

General Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and partnership initiatives as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, documentation, and communication management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); German is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least two years of professional work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple outreach efforts.
  • Confident and professional phone manner, with experience in customer service, recruitment, or relationship management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new digital tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Availability to work during US Eastern Time (9 AM – 5 PM).
