Available Now! Anabel is a 26 year old with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education who is both infant care and special needs care qualified. She has been supporting an Apex Host Family in Colorado since last August, where she cares for 3 young boys, one with autism and one with epilepsy. Anabel enjoys music, cooking, traveling and reading. She also enjoys reading and doing educational experiments with the children in her care. Anabel has been driving for 7 years and has obtained her Colorado driver’s license. She absolutely loves cats and has no dietary restrictions. He has extensive experience caring for children with neurological and other complex medical conditions, including epilepsy, developmental disorders, neuromuscular diseases, strokes, brain tumors, diabetes, and nephrological disorders. Joshua's passion for nursing began during a voluntary social year in an adult hospice, later solidified through an internship in a Swiss pediatric ER. He values long-term patient care, which he finds lacking in short-term hospital stays, and seeks to work abroad to gain cultural experience, improve his English, and view healthcare from a different perspective. Joshua brings a unique perspective as a male nurse and integrates creativity into his care, making challenging tasks more manageable for children. In his free time, he enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, such as board games, origami, cooking, jogging, cycling, and photography.
