Debbie L. Hochberg
Debbie Hochberg is the Director of Apex Care & Development (ACD) for New Jersey. She oversees the Host Family and Care Professional experience, building relationships, coaching Care Professionals, and helping families become great household employers for a successful match. Debbie also supports families and Care Professionals in maintaining Apex Individualized Care Plans and serves as a resource and ambassador for Apex Social Group’s Vision and Mission throughout the placement.
Based in Morristown, New Jersey, Debbie has three children—Michael (32), Matthew (27), and Faye (22). Their similar ages and shared experiences with host families help Debbie understand the Care Professionals’ needs and assist them in adjusting to their new environment. A college and law school graduate, she previously worked as a Managing Editor and journalist. Since 2016, she has been the New Jersey Area Director for Apex Social Group, a role she loves.
