Compassionate Behavior Analysis offers a therapeutic and neuroaffirmative approach to learning, education and wellness by teaching the foundational skills of comprehension, emotional regulation, flexible communication and literacy. It’s no secret that mental health challenges are on the rise, or that neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, anxiety) children and teens are more likely to struggle emotionally, academically and socially.
At CBA, all instruction, coaching and therapy is individualized to promote assent and autonomy. They hope to inspire a love of lifelong learning!

The Team Behind CBA
Dr. Elle Kirsten PhD, BCBA, LBA
Her research and clinical interests are in testing and training meaningful and functional language (RFT), and in helping children get ‘unstuck’ from their thoughts so they can find meaning and joy in their lives (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT).
Dr. Heidi Eilers PhD, BCBA-D, CCTP
Her areas of expertise include domestic violence, post-separation abuse, trauma, Relational Frame Theory and Acceptance and Commitment Training.
Sophie Steele MA, BCBA
Her professional interests include precision teaching (PT), instructional design, relational frame theory (RFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), generative learning, fluency, and teaching academic and cognitive skills.
Dr. Sarah Cassidy Ph.D., C. Psychol. Ps.S.I.
She specializes in the assessment and treatment of learning and emotional/behavioral difficulties with clinical populations.
