Dr. Joni established her practice in 2016 with a vision of providing top-quality care in a welcoming environment where children feel valued and joyful. Through her practice, she not only offers therapy but also shares her expertise through writing and mentoring, emphasizing the importance of addressing foundational skills for children’s development. Drawing from her own medical journey, she advocates for pinpointing the root cause of developmental challenges to facilitate quicker and more effective solutions. 

Dr. Joni Redlich, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist, author and owner of KidPT.  She has focused on using children’s strengths, curiosities, and learning styles to help them meet their goals throughout her career. She focuses on the whole child and believes that every child has unlimited potential. 

She is the author of Turn Stumbling Blocks Into Building Blocks, a book that has helped parents and other therapists from all over the world help children be all they can be. The amazing kids she has worked with have taught her more than she could ever teach them! 

Kid PT is committed to neurodiversity-affirming care, honoring each child’s uniqueness and fostering their strengths. Together with her team, Dr. Joni collaborates with families to unlock each child’s full potential, serving Somerset County and beyond.
