Learn More About Anna Prendella, LMSW

Anna Prendella specializes in strength-based psychodynamic therapy for children and teenagers, focusing on helping young people tap into their own resilience while understanding their needs and goals. Many young clients struggle to feel “big enough” to hold the full range of their emotions, relationships, and dreams. Her approach empowers them to recognize their inner strengths and take practical steps forward.

As a warm, creative, and collaborative therapist, Anna creates a safe, supportive space to build confidence and connections. She has extensive experience with young people facing challenges like neurodivergence, disabilities, anxiety, autism, ADHD, OCD, and other developmental needs. Additionally, she works with LGBTQ youth, those who experience self-imposed high expectations or bullying, or who come from neurodivergent or disabled families, helping them accept their whole selves and build lasting self-trust.
