Her coaching focuses on improving executive functioning, organizational, and communication skills, all while creating a safe and encouraging space for children to explore who they are.

One 60-minute coaching session

Includes the initial 60-minute Power Hour session
Plus four additional 60-minute follow-up sessions
Continued support to help your family implement the plan

Starts with a Power Hour session
Ongoing coaching over 12 weeks (3 months)
Two 60-minute sessions per week
Deep dive into challenges, adjustments, and ongoing support
Unlimited text/call access between sessions during the 12-week program

10, 1-hour sessions dedicated to helping problem-solve your family’s challenges in practical ways.
Comes with 2 additional, 1-hour Parent-Focused sessions. Two meetings just with parents to coach them in further detail, and review session outcomes.
You can use up your 10 sessions over 15 weeks! Both in-person and virtual options are available.

15-Session Package

15, 1-hour sessions dedicated to helping problem-solve your family’s challenges in practical ways.
Comes with 3 additional, 1-hour Parent-Focused sessions. Three meetings just with parents to coach them in further detail, and review session outcomes.
You can use up your 15 sessions over 20 weeks! Both in-person and virtual options are available.
