Scott Mesh, PhD, CEO, is a clinical psychologist with a specialty in the developmental and psychological assessment of young children. He is the co-author of the book “Early Childhood Assessment: A Practical Guide to Psychological and Developmental Evaluations in the Early Intervention Program.”

Dr. Mesh has worked with young children and families in homecare in New York City for over 25 years. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Los Niños Services, an award-winning Early Childhood Special Education program in New York City. Dr. Mesh co-founded the Young Child Expo & Conference, rated a top 5 early childhood conference in the US. 

He is a popular trainer in early childhood assessment and together with Ms. Diaz has trained psychologists in the Bahamas, Mexico, and at national conferences. He served as Adjunct Professor for Long Island University, Yeshiva University, Queens College, New York Medical College, and studied in Seville, Spain. He is the co-author of the book “Early Childhood Assessment: A Practical Guide to Psychological and Developmental Evaluations in the Early Intervention Program.” Dr. Mesh is the co-founder of the American Psychological Association of Graduate Students (APAGS), along with Dr. David Pilon of Halifax. In recognition of this achievement, the Scott Mesh Award in Scientific Psychology was established by APAGS for graduate students

Dr. Scott Mesh will be presenting his topic: “How to Overcome 10 Fears About Early Childhood Special Education For Children with Autism,” at the Autism Summit by apexINSPIRE on April 20th-21st.
