Get to Know the Owner, Cari Syron, MA, CCC-SLP
Cari is the director of Skill Builders, with a background in communication sciences and disorders. She has a bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York at Geneseo and a master’s from The George Washington University. With extensive experience working with children, she particularly enjoys collaborating with occupational therapists to help young children improve their skills.
Cari has worked in both public and private schools, specializing in helping parents navigate special education services for their children. Although she no longer treats children directly, she enjoys her role as a director, guiding families in finding appropriate services and support. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her kids play soccer and dance, boxing, and spending time with friends.
