Stowell Learning Center
The Comprehensive Solution to Learning Disabilities
Through targeted brain training, they have helped thousands of students over the last 35 years to permanently eliminate struggles associated with dyslexia, auditory processing, and other learning disabilities.
Their goal for each student, regardless of age, is that he/she becomes as comfortable and independent a learner as possible. In order to do this, they work closely with parents, communicate with schools, and are continually seeking to find and implement the most effective, research-based, and efficient strategies and programs.
Stowell Learning Centers work with a very comprehensive continuum of learning skills that allows them to create programming for each student that is very specific to his or her needs.
About the Founder, Jill Stowell
Jill Stowell, Founder and Executive Director of Stowell Learning Centers, transformed her passion for helping children and adults with dyslexia and other learning challenges into a comprehensive program for correcting these issues. She has authored four #1 bestselling books and serves as a trainer and consultant for the national Fix Learning Skills network. Her journey began as a special education teacher, where she refused to accept that her bright, creative students were permanently limited by their learning disabilities.
Jill left the traditional school system to study brain research and learning methods globally, which enabled her to dramatically improve or correct learning and attention challenges for thousands of students over 35 years. Committed to ending the learning disability epidemic, she and her husband, David, license and train others to use their proprietary system to make a global impact. Jill, who holds multiple educational certifications, also hosts the LD Expert Live podcast and frequently speaks at various events, connecting with audiences to provide hope and practical strategies for supporting struggling learners.
