Their Approach
At CFI, addressing the ongoing mental health crisis in the U.S. is paramount, recognizing the challenges individuals face in accessing effective and sustainable mental healthcare. Despite the prevalence of mental illness, many struggle to receive adequate support, highlighting the need for improved access to evidence-based care. At CFI, the focus is on individualized treatment, emphasizing strengths, values, and personal connections over mere diagnoses. Through state-of-the-art programs tailored to each person’s unique story, CFI aims to provide a welcoming environment for high-quality, evidence-based care. Specialized clinicians collaborate closely with clients, families, and other providers to develop personalized treatment plans, often incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Additionally, CFI offers consultation services to various organizations and ensures a personalized intake process for every individual seeking assistance.
