Teens and Young Adults

At Apex Social Group, we recognize that the need for live-in support for individuals with special needs continues beyond childhood and into early adulthood, sometimes even further. Our approach offers  invaluable assistance to individuals with varying abilities and degrees of independence. Our American Care Professionals are dedicated to providing essential care to teenagers and adults aged 18 to 26 years old. Our Care Professionals have the skills and experience to understand developmental needs like autism and aim to foster as much independence as possible, community integration, enhance quality of life and promote overall well-being. They assist in learning and mastering daily living skills, effective communication strategies, social skills, activity participation, emotional regulation, how to advocate for themselves, provide employment support, reinforce safety skills and foster personal growth.

What sets us apart is our personalized approach. We take the time to understand your child’s specific needs and goals, and then customize objectives to help them learn and master daily living skills, effective communication strategies, social skills, and more. With our dedicated team by your side, you can rest assured that your child will receive the care and support they need to thrive as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with “adulting”.
