After matching families with the right candidates, Apex Social Group handles all necessary travel arrangements and provides local support after the Care Professional arrives.
After your complimentary consultation, you'll begin the application process. Both allow us to become better acquainted with you and your family. Our comprehensive application allows us to assess the full scope of your family's needs so we can guide you toward the right candidates.

Our Matching Specialists offers guidance, making sure each family is paired well.
Selecting a Care Professional is often the most exciting part of the process! Extend a job offer to your favorite candidate with the help of our Household Employment Specialist, agree on the terms, and you’ve made your match!
Apex Social Group manages visa's, travel, arrival, training and onboarding logistics for your new Care Professional, supporting a stress-free experience for you. Our Care & Development Team ensures a successful partnership by preparing both you and your Care Professional before arrival and with ongoing support.
Support continues after your Care Professional arrives. The Care & Development and Educational & Therapeutic Resources Teams will work with your Care Professional to foster their professional development journey and your ideal outcomes. They will help create an Apex Individualized Care Plan and coach them through implementation with your child(ren). Progress and support will be provided each month.
