Nicole Kuck as the Executive Director…

Nicole Kuck, originally from Southern California, moved to Arizona two decades ago to pursue softball and her education at Grand Canyon University. Following graduation, she became deeply involved in the special needs community, teaching children with diverse cognitive and behavioral needs while coaching athletes and their coaches in Special Olympics Arizona. As her family expanded, so did her dedication to individuals with special needs, now caring for her own neurodivergent children. As the Executive Director of Eminent Special Needs Planning, Nic’s personal experiences enable her to forge meaningful relationships beyond mere planning, fostering empathy and empowerment while educating and supporting families and organizations for life.
