About the Owner, Alison Haggan
She is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist. For over 9 years she has specialized in the care of children, from infancy to adulthood, of different abilities. She has loved working and growing in this beautiful community. She is passionate about fitness and inclusivity for all people, especially those with different abilities. It is her passion and desire that this group of people have a safe community in which to reach their personal fitness goals. Together, we will grow a powerful and uplifting community through fitness and nutrition, that will improve health and wellness – for all people!

Adaptive fitness at IWC includes individualized goals, nutrition recommendations and life style changes which lead to better health and well-being.
Inclusion Wellness Center aims at improving independence through adaptive fitness, with the focus of preventing poor health and life style routines that otherwise can lead to injury, lack of confidence, and decreased independence.
