Get To Know Kylee Leavitt

Kylee, a pediatric occupational therapist, educator, and mother of twin 5-year-old girls, she resides in North Carolina, where she’s pursuing her dream life. Despite facing challenges in 2021, including relocating across the country, she prioritized her family’s well-being while adapting to significant life changes. Struggling with anxiety and an unhealthy relationship with food, she realized the importance of self-care and sought help from a health coach, initiating a journey toward holistic wellness.

Shifting her parenting mindset, she focused on self-regulation techniques and creating an environment conducive to her children’s growth and independence. Through her experiences, she’s motivated to support other parents by sharing her insights on motherhood, personal growth, and pediatric occupational therapy.
