Join us for the Premier Partner Meet & Greet on Thursday, May 2nd at 6:30 pm before the Apex Surf Outing & Gala begins. This casual evening event gives you a chance to connect with fellow Premier Partners and members of the Apex Social team in a relaxed setting.
As the sun sets, we’ll provide light hors d’oeuvres and beverages while you mingle and get to know one another. It’s the perfect opportunity to start forming relationships and set the tone for the weekend ahead.

At 5 PM, join us when evening falls, to kick off our Surf Outing weekend in unforgettable style! We’ll all gather at the San Clemente pier for a sunset beach picnic, bonfire with smores, and a mesmerizing fire dance performance. Get ready for a night brimming with energy, community, bonding, and pure magic against the backdrop of crashing waves. An opportunity to truly immerse yourself in the Apex community spirit.

8 AM Join Gaby for an invigorating yoga session right on the pier. Let the calming sounds of the surf set the tone as you stretch, breathe deeply, and center yourself for the exciting activities to come.
8.00 AM- 12.00 PM – It’s time to dive into the ultimate California experience – learning to surf. Catch a wave with award-winning instructors from JP’s San Clemente Surf School. For some, this will be an out-of-comfort-zone growth experience, but rest assured you’ll be guided step-by-step as you catch your first waves. All equipment is provided, so simply arrive ready for a total immersion into surf culture.
12.30 PM – Adaptive Surfing: ProSurfer Rocky McKinnon will be sharing his story as a Pro Surfer in the US Open and how he is now helping people of all abilities to enjoy the ocean and ride waves. Experience how he accompanies a person with disabilities on a surfboard (depends on conditions – safety first)
12 PM – Lunch at the BeachÂ
5 PM – Apex Social Sunset Gala Dinner Party held at the San Clemente Presbyterian Church, 119 Avenida de la Estrella, San Clemente, CA 92672. This is our chance to honor the incredible Apex Care Professionals who dedicate themselves to supporting families and children with special needs.
We’ll roll into an energetic awards ceremony celebrating the passion and impact of the Apex Care Professional community. Heartfelt tributes, stirring stories, and well-deserved recognition will remind you of the life-changing work you make possible.
8 PM – Open Ended Local Fun on your own
